久しぶりのブログ更新。今回のネタはこちらです。
山陽新幹線・東海道新幹線の車内自動放送。10月初めに東京へ出向いた際、外出自粛ムードが薄れきっておらず利用者数が少なかったのをいいことに、新大阪から東京へ向かう朝早い便の放送を収録していました。
それだけで投稿しても良かったんですが、収録したのがたまたま東海編成だったわけです。ご存知の通り、新幹線の車内放送のチャイムは、その編成を所有している会社によって変わります。ＪＲ東海の編成なら「Ambitious Japan」が、ＪＲ西日本の編成では「いい日旅立ち、西へ」がチャイムとして流れるわけです。
東海道新幹線で、東海編成のチャイム。せっかくなら、山陽新幹線を西日本編成で録音して、博多から東京まで一本の動画にしたらおもしろいだろうと思い、収録してつないだのが今回の動画になります。
なので１本の動画を作るのにだいたい３万円くらいかかっちゃいました。学生には痛い金額ですが、こんなバカげたことは学生の間でないとできないと割り切って納得しておきます。
放送文
チャイムは編成ごとに違っても、放送文は区間ごとに統一されています。
東海道・山陽新幹線の車内放送には、大きく分けて５種類の放送文があります。JR西日本区間と東海区間で放送文が微妙に変わるので、それぞれを比較する形で記載しています。青字はJR西日本区間の放送、橙字はJR東海区間の放送です。
駅発車後の放送は、一部の主要駅（上りの場合：博多、小倉、広島、岡山、新大阪、京都、名古屋）にのみ流れます。左に記した以外の駅を発車した後には、自動放送は流れず、車掌の肉声放送で案内が行われます。
主要駅発車後の放送は２パターンあり、啓発放送や号車案内が詳しく行われる放送（パターンA）と、それらの情報が若干割愛される放送（パターンB）に分類しています。AとBは交互に来るよう配置されており、上りの「のぞみ」では以下のようになっています。
博多発車後→Ｂ、小倉発車後→Ａ、広島発車後→Ｂ、岡山発車後→Ａ、新大阪発車後→Ｂ、京都発車後→Ａ、名古屋発車後→特殊

JR西日本は自由席号車と喫煙ルームの位置など、基本的な車内設備の案内のみを行うのみです。対するJR東海は、車内設備の案内に加えて、始発駅停車中でも危険物に関する啓発放送を流します。やはり車内で殺傷事件が発生した件を、当事者として重く受け止めているのでしょうか。
両者とも、始発放送では英語放送末尾の"Thank you."を省いている点も共通しています。

パターンＡの発車後放送の特徴として
・号車番号の案内の前に「続いて車内のご案内をいたします」という前置きが流れる
・車掌室の号車位置が案内される（英語放送では毎駅発車後に案内されるが、日本語放送ではこのパターンの時のみ放送あり）
・携帯電話の啓発放送が付帯
という特徴があります。なお携帯電話の啓発放送が流れるタイミングは、西日本と東海で微妙に違います。

パターンBでは携帯電話の啓発放送が割愛されるほか、日本語放送では車掌室の案内を流さないといった違いがあります。
西日本と東海の違いとしては、東海区間の放送では「緊急を要する場合はSOSボタンを押してください」という文言が抜けているという点も挙げられます。といってもその程度の違いしかありません。

小倉駅到着時の例
まもなく小倉です。鹿児島線、日豊線、筑豊線、日田彦山線はお乗り換えです。
車内で出ました不要なものは、ごみ箱にお捨てくださいますよう、車内美化にご協力をお願いいたします。電車とホームとの間が少々開いているところがあります。お降りの際は足もとにご注意ください。小さなお子様をお連れのお客様は、手をつないでお降りください。

西日本区間と東海区間での違いが最も顕著に出るのが、主要駅到着時の放送です。
東海は到着駅名と乗り換え路線、次々停車駅を流す程度であるのに対し、西日本は車内清掃の協力依頼、足元の注意喚起などなど、細かく自動放送で流します。
ちなみに。ちょっとした小噺をば。
西日本区間では、主要駅到着時に必ず「電車とホームとの間が少々開いているところがあります。お降りの際は足もとにご注意ください。小さなお子様をお連れのお客様は、手をつないでお降りください」という放送文を流します。ところが、実はある主要駅到着時だけ、これが意図的に省略されているようなのです。
それが新大阪駅到着時。小倉でも、広島でも、岡山でも、新神戸でも流れるのに、新大阪駅に着く場面に限り、ホームとの間に隙間があるから足元に気を付けろ、という文言が省かれます。
新大阪駅は大阪市内にありながら、JR東海が管理をしている駅です。電車とホームの間が広く〜なんていってしまうと、東海さんの整備不良を謳うようで心地が悪い、みたいな忖度があるように思えてなりません。
途中駅到着時
福山駅到着時の例。
まもなく福山です。お出口は左側です。山陽線、福塩線はお乗り換えです。
お降りの時は足もとにご注意ください。
福山をでますと、次は岡山に停まります。

西日本区間では「のぞみ」号が千鳥停車を行う駅があります。新神戸・岡山・広島・新山口・小倉の基本停車駅に加えて、新山口駅・徳山駅・福山駅のどれかに停まるというものです。
この２駅到着時の放送では、「車内で出ました不要なものは～」、「小さなお子様は手をつないで～」といった案内文、英語放送での「到着後すぐ発車します」といった文言が削除され、主要駅到着時と比べて非常に簡易な案内になります。
千鳥停車を行うのは西日本区間のみであるため、東海区間で同様の放送文は見られません。
なお開扉方向は、のぞみ停車駅であるかにかかわらず、開扉方向が統一されていれば（＝列車によって左側・右側が変わらない駅では）どの駅でも流れます。
