2022/12 投稿予定のお知らせ Monthly Update Notice

ロンドン滞在中はネットでの活動から距離を置いていたため、特に更新予定の投稿などがおろそかになってしまい、申し訳ございませんでした。今月より毎月の投稿予定の発信を再開してまいります。

当面の間は、日本で録音した放送とロンドンで録音した放送を交互に投稿していきます。ロンドンで録音した駅放送の音声は、なにぶん整理できていない駅が多く、投稿まで相当の時間を要する見込みです。少々お待ちください。

それでは、12月分の投稿予定をお知らせします。

At first I'd like to make an apology to you guys, since I can't have enough time to write and post articles of 'montyly update notice' at the end of my stay in London. But no worries, it will be posted every month from this December if there's no further big events to me!

For the next few months, sounds from London will appear in the notice every other weeks. You are also reminded that videos of station announcements will take much longer time until they'll get ready to be posted, as I need more time to organize recorded sounds. Station announcement persons kindly wait exactly where you're, and wait for the next announcement from me!

12/3 ... ロンドン地下鉄ピカデリー線　全区間車内自動放送　London Tube Piccadilly Line On Board Announcements – All Stations, All Branches

ピカデリー線（Piccadilly line）は、イギリス最大の国際空港であるヒースロー空港と、ロンドン市内をダイレクトに結ぶ地下鉄線です。ロンドンを訪れた方の大半がこの路線を「初めて乗るチューブ（地下鉄線）」として利用し、旅立つ際に「最後に乗るチューブ」として、ロンドンの街に別れを告げることと思います。私もピカデリー線がロンドン滞在で最後に乗った地下鉄でした。

今回はピカデリー線の全線、全区間の車内自動放送を記録しています。ヒースロー空港では第４・第５ターミナル止まりどちらの放送も記録していますし、早朝・深夜限定のParsons Green駅停車の放送もばっちり収録！　非常に濃ゆい一本となっております。

Piccadilly line, connecting one of the world's largest airport Heathrow and Contral London, will be the first Tube line for most of tourists visiting London and the last Tube service for those leaving London - me as well. This is the video for all of you missing London and the dark blue Tube line. 

Contains announcements at all stations along Piccadilly line, including Heathrow and Uxbridge branch lines, early morning and late night services calling at Parsons Green. 

12/10 ... 近鉄特急「あをによし」　駅自動放送集　Kintetsu Limited Express Aoniyoshi - Station Announcements

イギリス滞在中に運行開始されてしまったせいで録音が遅くなりましたので、帰国して早々録ってきました。大阪難波・奈良・丹波橋・京都の４駅で録音した計５つの放送を詰め合わせた動画となっております。

あをによしの車内放送については、今年中の収録を目指しています。もう少々お待ちください！

Station announcements of the brand new Kintetsu's limited express train Aoniyoshi, operating between Osaka, Nara and Kyoto. There's a new departure jingle made only for this train.

12/17 ... ロンドン地下鉄ベイカルー線　往復車内自動放送【駅閉鎖あり】　London Tube Bakerloo Line On Board Announcements – Including MANY Station Closures

ベイカルー線の放送はとっても「面白い」動画にできました。

ロンドンでは毎月「地下鉄全線ストップストライキ」という恒例行事があるのですが、ストライキの規模によっては一部路線でかろうじて運行が行われることがあります。このときの運転は、用意できた係員の人員によって臨機応変なダイヤが組まれます。

で、奇跡的に「適当な数の運転士を確保できたが、駅に割けるほどの人は集められなかった」ことにより、ほとんどの駅を通過して超急行運転を行うベイカルー線の電車に巡り合えたため、この際の音声を往路で記録しています。復路は全駅停車です。

This is one of my most favorite recordings of announcements in London. As you know, London Underground staff carry out strike action every month. Depending on how much personnel they could have on the day, Tube services sometimes run through the city with many stations being closed. 

This is the case - Bakerloo line running through the entire line with most of the stations in the city being closed. On the way back announcements at all stations are included.

12/24 ... 特急宗谷　稚内行／サロベツ　旭川行＆ライラック　札幌行　車内自動放送　On Board Announcements Sapporo to Wakkanai on Soya, Sarobetsu and Lilac Trains

ややこしい書き方をしていますが、要するに札幌―稚内間の往復車内自動放送です。

往路は稚内行き「宗谷」号１本で、復路は稚内から旭川行き「サロベツ」と、旭川から札幌行き「ライラック」２列車で録音した別々の放送をつないでいます。

余談ですが、JR北海道はイギリス英語の車内自動放送を採用しているため、12/31に投稿する本場ロンドンの鉄道車内放送と比べてみると、面白い発見があるかもしれません。

On board announcements on several JR Hokkaido train services between Sapporo and Wakkanai, a return trip. Whereas most of English train announcements in Japan are voiced in American accent, JR Hokkaido's train services have English announcements in British accent. You can enjoy Japanese-style British announcements in this video.

No matter whether you are living inside or outside London, I stringly recommend comparing the original London style English (in British accent) announcements and JR Hokkaido's Japanese style English announcements to find out more interesting things. Note: rail train announcements in London to be posted next week.

12/31 ... ロンドン近郊　ナショナルレールの車内自動放送集　London National Rail - On Board Announcements Compilation

「ナショナルレール」とは、イギリス旧国鉄路線を継承して旅客列車を運転している私鉄会社のブランド名で、日本でいうところのJRです。日本よりも細分化されており、ロンドンに乗り入れる会社だけで１０社近くあります。

今回はナショナルレールのロンドン市内各路線で聞くことができる放送を、各社ちょっとずつ齧って集めました。なお、特急しか運転していないAvanti West CoastとLNERの放送は収録していません。

現在のところ、新年１発目の動画は1/7の通常投稿を予定していますが、動画編集に割く時間が確保できて、クリエイティビティが光った場合、３が日の間に特別な動画を投稿したいと考えています。詳細は決まり次第、Twitterにてお知らせします。
